Joel Okoye

Joel joined our team in 2022 as Digital Marketing Apprentice, helping to oversee our digital channels and related activity as part of the wider team here at Clayton Recruitment. With a degree in Chemistry, Joel brings a much-needed element of scientific analysis to our marketing activity, as well as previous marketing experience working in the public sector.

With a keen eye on the ever-evolving world of digital communications, Joel works hard to raise the profile of the services we provide to jobseekers and hirers within the sectors and, amongst many other things, helps to manage our social channels and online marketing campaigns to build brand awareness within the digital space.
