From our standard contingency service to our retained service offering, we work at all times with those in mind – to deliver you the people you need, swiftly, that are the right fit, first time.
Contingency search is our entry level and standard service which allows businesses access to our extensive data base of already pre-screened candidates saving time allowing a shortlist to be drawn up together, quickly, in line with your instructions.
This service is most suitable for all areas of recruitment where there is availability of the required skills, and where time is of the essence. Fees are payable on completion.
After a full detailed instruction is taken you will benefit from:
- Full access to a large data base of active candidates whose skills match your specific role requirements
- Access to the passive market via advertising on market leading platforms and social networks.
- A quick response time scale to provide you with a shortlist of suitably qualified candidates (typically within 48 hours)
- Dedicated recruitment manager to manage the recruitment from end to end including offer management and post start date
- Fees are paid on success backed by financial guarantees
Our retained service is Clayton Recruitment’s ‘gold star’, fully-tailored recruitment service, typically suitable for more senior hires, where candidates aren’t on the active market, and typically more scarce. By retaining our services and expertise this allows our team to collaborate exclusively with you, allowing more time to execute the recruitment project covering all areas of the active and passive market in a wider more detailed search and thorough process map – and has an almost 100% success rate.
With our retained service there are three stages
- Instruction Stage
- Search Phase
- Action Stage
We put together a tailored shortlist of candidates from the wider market using a plethora of tools and techniques to match precisely to your brief. The team will typically be made up of a dedicated account manager and a team of world class researchers. You will also have access to supplementary services including psychometric testing, benchmarking, and video platforms appropriate for your needs.
Our fees are paid in part upfront and the remainder on success at each stage of the process.
