Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to assist in their Licencing department for a minimum of 3 months.

A full time role, the hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm, and responsibilities of the role include:

Liaising with councils both by phone and email to obtain information

Updating spreadsheets

Report running

Liaising with externally based Account Managers

Updating the database

Writing cheques

Scanning documents

The successful Administrator must be able to demonstrate experience with Excel as well as great communication skills.
