Our client is a leading Financial Services provider, and they are seeking an experienced Telesales Advisor to join their growing Estate Planning team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Telesales Advisor to join a growing company, and there the company offers opportunity for career development.

The successful Telesales Advisor will advise customers on the estate planning options open to them, utilising Wills, Trusts & LPAs based on their personal and financial circumstances.

Based on these recommendations, you would then be expected to convert the customer to a sale and then record their wishes, collecting all the information required for drafting their documents and also offer and cross-sell relevant ancillary products as services, such as:

* Professional executor, trustee or attorney (LPA)

* Severance of tenancy and administering registration

* Will updates & re-writes

* Document storage

* Funeral plans

The main duties of the role include:

* Make outbound calls to referrals and leads from various internal lead generation teams

* Answer inbound calls from direct response marketing campaigns and website / on-line activity

* Request fulfilment of any requests for literature / guide offers

* Update the CRM to register the status and outcome of each stage of the customer journey

* Adhere to the Society of Will Writers (SWW) Code of Practice

* Achieve weekly / monthly sales targets & KPIs by:

* Maximising the contact rate of in-month leads and referrals, generating both instant Fact Finds and future appointments

* From the above, building and maintaining a pipe-line of opportunities that are regularly followed-up on until customer outcome is confirmed

* Resoliciting prospects that didn't convert initially

* Contacting converted customers (once a year) to enquire about up-dating or up-grading their Will and promote cross-sells

The successful Tele-sales Advisor will ideally have:

* An estate planning / Will writing, legal or financial services background (not essential)

* Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver challenging sales targets

* Proven consultative telephone sales experience

* Proven track record in sales and lead conversion to sale
