They have a great opportunity for an ambitious and tenacious Telesales Advisor to join them in order to book sales meetings with high level executive contacts for the field based Sales Representatives, who in turn will build a successful sales pipeline by offering large commercial clients energy cost reduction and sustainable energy products.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
Qualify prospects and generate leads
Arrange initial and subsequent meetings for the sales team, promoting the company and their product offering
Complete all paperwork to the required standard, ensuring smooth communication to sales and operations
Ensure CRM is updated correctly
Promote the brand to customers and prospects through effective use of marketing literature
Maximise the potential for appointments by making contact with the appropriate people in all events
Ensure appointments are made of high quality and meet the standard required
Consistently achieve monthly appointments, KPI's and annual sales targets
Encourage team motivation and play an active role in achieving team targets
Highlight opportunities for business development and research
Prioritise appointment making according to the business requirements
Collect and record information of prospects using websites, cold calling and any other appropriate methods
The successful Telesales Advisor will be tenacious, self-motivated and performance driven, ideally with some energy industry experience and a track record of working well in a team environment.
