Working for a supportive company with a great reputation in it's market, the main responsibility of the Telephone Researcher is to maintain the quantity and quality of the Contact Management Database and to provide support to the Call Centre Representatives.

Reporting to Research Team Leader the main duties of the successful Telephone Researcher include:

Outbound calling to identify new customers and clarify information

Researching and adding new companies to the database.

Researching and updating existing customers on the data base.

Checking incoming leads and making sure they are assigned correctly.

Processing lost-customer data.

Providing support for other call centre staff, checking phone numbers and updating records.

Archiving and reclassifying records.

Appointment generation as required.

You will be confident on the phone and have excellent attention to detail.

This is a full time position and the hours of work are Mon-Thur 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm.
