Clayton Nursing Division are currently recruiting for Support Workers to work with our Adults and Children and Young People in supported living services and community-based schemes in the Southport area.

As the Support worker you will:
*Ideally six months recent experience in a health and social care setting
*Strong communication skills
*Providing high standard of compassionate care to service users.

Able to meet compliance requirements including DBS and full satisfactory references.
