My client is an established manufacturer, and as a result of expansion, they're seeking a Social Media Administrator.

The successful Social Media Administrator will be responsible for:

Monitoring and updating the Website and Social Media

Sending weekly/monthly marketing e-mails via Mailchimp

Answering telephone calls and transferring to relevant departments

Raising/updating purchase orders

Managing Sales Acknowledgements

Sending Monthly Statements to Customers

General Office Duties

As the newly appointed Social Media Administrator you will need to be:

Social Media Savvy

Experienced in a busy Office Environment

Have excellent communications skills

Able to follow instructions and procedures

Able to prioritise tasks and manage your own time effectively

Proactive and organised

Able to demonstrate basic knowledge of Sage ( although is not essential as training will be given)

This newly created Social Media Administration position would suit an Administrator with social media and digital experience looking to break into Social Media, or a candidate with lots of experience in Digital/Social Media, looking to establish a career within this field.

The Package:

Salary up to £18,000

Good benefits package incl. non-guaranteed annual bonus
