Our client, a well-regarded nursing home with an excellent inspection rate, is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their administration support team.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the successful Senior Administrator will have a wide variety of responsibilities, including, but not being limited to:

Assisting with licence renewal including audits and reminders

Taking payments - both cash, cheque and card payments

Production of letters and completion of forms

Assisting with marketing campaigns including database update

Managing facilities including budgeting for laundry etc

Assisting Management with preparation for inspection

Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful Senior Administrator must be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills, as well as the ability to utilise MS Office including Excel. Priority will be given to applicants that have previous experience of working within a nursing or care home setting.

Hours of work are 9-5 Monday - Friday, although occasional weekend days may be needed depending on the needs of the home.
