Due to growth, my clients a successful Financial Services Company in Blackpool has vacancies for Secured Sales Lead Generators / Administrators.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the Financial Services sector, as a Sales Lead Generator within the Second Charge Mortgage Department.

This is a varied role which will allow the successful candidate the opportunity to progress within the Second Charge Mortgage Department and gain CeMAP qualification.

The main responsibilities will include:

Work and deal with Broker queries

Take calls from new and existing customers

Proactively follow up customer enquiries to ensure targets and KPI's are met

Complete new loan applications to be processed by the Underwriter

Monitor and work he secured sales email inbox

Support the team by issuing documents to customers via post and email

Complete land registry searches, affordability checks, credit checks in line with company policy

Carrying out any reasonable requests/duties from management

Attend training and competency sessions

Work in line with FCA Rules and Guidance always, as well as policies implemented by the company.

The hours of work / shifts will consist of Monday to Thursday 11am - 7pm and 9am - 5pm on a Friday. You may be required to work some Saturdays.

Flexible and able to adapt to changes.
