Sales administrators are responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, and they help to improve the productivity of sales representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls. This important position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.

You will be responsible for...

Processing orders

Answering queries both over the phone and via email

Alert the sales team to any urgent issues

Check delivery details

Updating customer records

To be considered for this role you must have...

Confident telephone manner

Be a team player

Have excellent attention to detail

Have experience of working in a similar role.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9 - 5
