Our clients are a very successful company in their field and are looking for a Sales Order Processor to process orders quickly & efficiently whilst providing an excellent customer service, so as to maintain and develop sales of company products to customers, in line with business plans.

The role will involve:

Create customer estimates.
To input data provided by the customer into the computer database to create internal documents & order forms.
Purchasing externally & internal ordering.
Communicate well with colleagues & customers.
Meet deadlines provided.
Check all work thoroughly & efficiently.
Check other peoples work with 100% accuracy.
Assist the Sales Managers with managing the contracts with customers.
Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Maintain the computerised customer database.
Filing & keeping paperwork up to date.
Answering the telephones / customer service.

Experience of Account Management would be highly beneficial.

You will be dealing with customers on the phone so you must have a good clear telephone manner, have the ability to meet deadlines, assist the Sales Managers with managing the contracts with customers.
