My clients are a global manufacturer and are looking to recruit a Sales Operations Analyst to raise sales efficiency and process compliance by means of consulting with the sales team and implementing best practice sales and operational processes. To design the sales pipeline and to build sales analytic models with a view to providing business insights to key decision makers.

The key tasks are:

To support the Sales Team with adhoc day-to-day activities and requests.
Co-ordinate communication between the Sales Team and Customer Support Team to improve efficiency and processes.
Assist in the design and implementation of a new structured sales process.
Design the sales pipeline and build analytic models based thereon.
Lead and support sales forecasting and communication with Operations.
Facilitate the flow of information between the Sales, Finance and Operations teams.
Liaise and co-ordinate with Production Management and Technical Management in relation to new materials and product modification requirements.
Assist Sales Team with pricing provision.
Identify customer usage trends and co-ordinate with Sales Team and Senior Management where revenue opportunities may exist.
Manage data input/integrity of CRM system where appropriate.

Measures of success
All reporting deadlines met on time with accurate & meaningful data
Fully operational structured sales process
Accurate sales forecasting with minimal variances
Improved inter-departmental communication
Increased revenue opportunity identification
