Clayton Recruitment is a successful Recruitment agency that operates under two distinct brands. Clayton Recruitment which services the local and regional commercial market and Clayton Legal which recruits Solicitors and Legal staff for law firms across the UK. Its has grown significantly in the last four years with plans for further growth.

As part of their continuing expansion, they now seek to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to work closely with the senior management team and Recruitment Managers to continue top grow the business. As an active member of the Senior Management team the Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the Company's financial targets through effective leadership of the Recruitment Managers and Sales team.

Day to day you will ensure the team follows process and best practice to maximise results and achieve peak performance levels in all areas. You will recommend and implement operational process and platforms for improvement, maximise productivity, Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation, Drive sales growth through developing and implementing sales winning strategies, Ensure the sales team is accountable for revenue and performance. In addition you will ensure the company culture is adhered to and maintain high employee engagement whilst Maintaining a friendly competitive environment. You will be required to represent Clayton, supporting teams at events and take an active role in networking to drive lead generation, promote the brand and to gain competitor advantage. You will manage and grow the company's sales pipelines by keeping in regular contact with recruitment managers to ensure delivery and coach around performance issues and overall Aim to be remarkable by delivering first class recruitment solutions to our clients.

You will have worked as a sales manager in a similar professional services environment and have a proven track record of success managing both performance and sales growth. You will be able to demonstrate
