We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator for our client's busy service department.

The Service Administrator contributes towards a high level of service department efficiency through a smooth running, efficient, sales preparation process and 48-hour job card preparation, and responsibilities of the position include:

Working closely with the workshop foreman, handover specialist and Service Manager.

Raising internal prep job cards, check for outstanding recalls, load the workshop diary with sales prep work, including 8am and 5pm jobs.

Checking with sales admin for sales jobs to ensure plenty of work available and display vehicles for sale are prepped up to date.

Checking and enforcing job cards are clear and easy to understand and are invoiced accordingly to the correct account as required.

Checking off sales job cards to ensure vehicles are prepped ready for delivery and faults reported if not to be repaired.

Checking time taken/sold promotes good productive efficiency.

Invoicing all sales job cards

Submitting Autoprotect warranty claims as required

Managing the Missed recalls process ensuring none are missed and letters sent to those that are missed within 12 calendar days

Assisting and/or covering reception when required and answering incoming phone calls.

Booking customers in for service/warranty and repairs as required from incoming phone calls.

The successful Service Administrator:

Must have experience working within a Main Car Dealership (Minimum 6 months)

Will have an excellent telephone manner handling all customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner

Be computer literate

Be able to efficiently work under pressure
