A great opportunity has arisen to work in a leading UK manufacturer and engineering company based in Blackpool.

They are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator.

The role will involve...

Assist with all aspects of the Administration / Estimating team functions including, but not exclusive to sending, logging, collation, booking in and inputting quotations and enquiries onto the IT system.

Assist in all aspects of document flow throughout the department.

To review and interpret customer enquiries to enable them to be correctly and efficiently dealt with.

To liaise with customers, external sales staff, agents and internal personnel regarding product or project prices and delivery.

To deal with phone calls into the department including, but not exclusively to, an administrative nature.

To be aware of the company¿s Health & Safety Policy.

Assist your manager by undertaking temporary work duties that may be required.

Work and assist all colleagues in your section (Team)

To carry our any other reasonable request.

Work with and assist in the use of the company¿s IT equipment.

Implement and maintain IT records as required

To be aware of all aspects of the Works Employee Handbook and ensure this is followed
