Successful Motor Sales company in Burnley are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their expanding department.

The successful candidate will have some experience of processing motor finance payouts. The accounts and pay-out department is exciting and vibrant and stands out from most, offering an excellent working environment.

Other duties will include:

Ensure all Finance documentation is reviewed and processed in an effective manner

Deal with day to day problems arising from pay outs and liaising with internal departments and account managers to resolve issues

Liaise directly with Finance companies

Ensure all vehicles have a V5 and chase up those that are missing

New Car Sales Admin

Vehicle Sales Admin

Responsibility for part exchanges and any issues relating to them

To be considered for this role you must be an organised team player with previous experience in a similar role.

8.30 - 5.00 Mon - Fri

8 - 4 (1 in 4 Saturdays)

10.30 - 7.30 1 day per week
