Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to provide an efficient liaison between the Customer, Area Sales Managers and their various factories & departments from first enquiry to delivery of finished goods, and to also provide information to customers regarding orders, deliveries & stocks.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for:

Taking enquiries via the telephone/email and processing them accordingly.

Processing new and established customer orders, working closely with the planning & purchasing departments and also liaising with the warehouse/transport departments for efficient deliveries.

Dealing with artwork from initial stages through to customer approval (where necessary) to finished product.

Providing an efficient customer service with regard to prompt attention to all enquiries and being responsible for the collation of all relevant information.

Dealing with any customer complaints alongside the technical/quality control departments.

Maintaining customer price files.

Extensive use of the PC to input/amend orders from receipt until invoice stage.

Providing stock information and proof of deliveries where necessary.

Co-ordinating the cost recovery on originations and obsolete finished goods and labels.

Some travel to customers & other RPC sites may be required on occasion.

To be successful in the role, we'd ideally like to see previous experience of Sales account co-ordination, customer service & order intake experience, coupled with a great telephone manner and communication skills. If you have experience of SAGE line 500 software and importing & exporting, then this would be an added bonus for my client!
