A great new opportunity has presented itself in this fast paced maintenance and repairs office based in Burscough.

The position is for a Sales Administrator who must be able to demonstrate the ability to react quickly, prioritise and assist customers and colleagues in a firm but diplomatic manner, you must have a can do attitude with the ability to problem solve.

It is essential that the successful candidate will have excellent Excel skills as you will need to be able to create formulas and pivot tables and use v-look ups.

The role will involve:

Assisting with overflow of customer enquiries by email and phone

Inputting new jobs onto the database

Producing PO's

Assisting with order of new equipment

This is an extremely busy role and the successful candidate must be able to work under pressure. They are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.

Due to the location you must have access to your own transport.
