Our client is seeking a confident and experienced Sales Administrator to join their successful Sales team.

The Sales Administrator will provide full administrative support, processing documents and preparing packs ready for customers, to help ensure a smooth delivery takes place.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Recording orders onto Excel

Ensure goods are ordered or available


Registration of new goods onto the in-house database

Ensuring all documentation relating to delivery is completed accurately and on time

Compiling accurate stock reports

Good and effective communication skills both internally and externally

General administrative duties

The ideal Sales Administrator will demonstrate:

Excellent attention to detail

Methodical and well organised

A good communicator

Work well under pressure to ensure deadlines are meet

IT literate and have good computer skills

Relevant experience that applies to the role

Be professional and have a positive attitude

Be part of a team working environment but be able to work on own initiative
