Clayton Nursing is currently representing an established and prestigious 65-75 bedded Nursing Home situated in Cardiff. Currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager (desirable Nurse qualified). The home is set across 4 units, and provides excellent premium care that is unrivalled in the area and is at the forefront of best practice. This service is at full occupancy and is owned by a small but successful, growing provider that is in operation across Wales.

You will benefit from a generous salary of £60,000 plus additional bonuses for compliance, occupancy and effective budget management.

As the Registered Manager you will:
*Be experienced at managing large complex services
*Ensure that the home is strictly compliant with CQC regulations, and that the home maintains its excellent reputation and occupancy levels,
*Be knowledgeable and able to comply with Care Standards Act 2000 and Care Homes (Wales) Regulations 2002 and to work in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct, whilst also meeting the expectations of the Older Peoples Commissioner for Wales
*Have overall responsibility and accountability for the management of the services on site.

Key Requirements:
*Hold a Registered Managers Award
*To be registered with the Care Council for Wales and hole the CSSIW registration as manager
*Experience of working with older / elderly mentally frail people or a similar speciality.
