As the newly appointed Children's Home Manager, you will join a brand new 4 bedded home, for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties within the Bromley area. You will be responsible for the running of the home and assisting with the following tasks including:

Starting up the process of the new service.

Assisting with the development of the Children's home.

Overseeing and support staff

Ensuring that the home complies with all aspects of the Children's Act & surpasses National Minimum care standards.

Conducting staff supervision.

Leading the Home in establishing a quality led service

Ensuring that all National Minimum standards and Ofsted inspection framework outcomes are fully compliant.

To be considered for this role you will:

Be an experienced Children's Home Manager

Demonstrate a passion for working with Children

Be prepared to undergo further training in line with the requirements of the role.

Hold your NVQ Level 5 qualification in working with children and young people.

Be a car driver and hold a full clean UK driving licence.
