A highly regarded Law firm based in Central Manchester is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator.

As part of the reception you will be the first point of contact for clients and third parties.

You will be managing client enquiries about their claims, via use of the internal case management system and making accurate notes on the system for the case handler.

The role will comprise of the following duties:
Answering calls and taking messages where appropriate
Accurate data entry
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
To be able to keep on top of the case management system
To be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritising.
Occasional Audio typing for Senior Solicitors
Covering reception
General Office Administration

Desirable not essential
Previous experience of a personal injury claims process / insurance background.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work to deadlines under pressure
Proven customer service record
A keen eye to detail. Excellent organisation skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to liaise and adapt to clients¿ needs in an empathetic, compassionate manner, with an even temperament to deal with potentially difficult situations and the ability to think logically.
Excellent telephone manner.
I.T. skills such as WORD / EXCEL / OUTLOOK

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9 - 5
