A leading manufacturing company based in Preston is currently seeking a Pre-Press Operative to join their team in Preston.

Duties will include but not be exclusive to:
Liaising with the production planning department, supervisors and press operators
Making jobs ready as per the production schedule
Mounting printing plates and mixing inks.
Delivering all components to the production presses in a timely manner
Assisting with quality checks and Press minding duties.
Maintaining optimum quality at all times
Complying with Health and Safety Standards
Assisting with set-up and tear-down operations.
Adhering to strict productivity targets
Completing accurate job records and time recordings

In order to be considered for this role you will:
Have previous experience of working within a production environment to high quality standards whilst meeting targets and deadlines
Demonstrate basic IT skills

This role is permanent working between the hours of 6.15am- 2.15pm Monday to Friday
