Post Filing Clerk
- £13600 - £18525 per annum
Our clients are a highly successful Law Firm with Offices in Liverpool and Bolton, and are currently looking for a Post Filing Clerk to work in the Bolton Office.
This is a fast-paced role and you will be responsible for the following:
Post – dealing with various internal mail to be sent between other offices and external mail via Royal Mail, DX or in person
Filing – The filing of paperwork into confidential case files, file requests from Fee Earners and Solicitors
Various admin duties a the request of the team leaders and office managers which consists of the printing of documents, copying, scanning
This is a physical role which includes some heavy lifting.
The ideal candidate with have English & Maths GCSE and hold an Administration qualification (Further Education)
