My clients, based in Kirkham are looking for a part time Office Administrator, the hours will be around 22 per week and they are flexible in which way they are worked.

This is a varied role, we are looking for someone to do booking travel/accommodation, booking/taking deliveries, reception related tasks, answering phones, general administrative jobs and ad-hoc tasks.

For this role, a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Email is essential. It would also be preferable to have experience working with accountancy software (Sage Line 50 or equivalent).

Whilst the role encompasses a variety of office and administrative duties, the successful candidate will be required to provide support to the other teams within the business. Therefore, being numerate, possessing strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and under your own initiative is absolutely essential.

Ad-hoc tasks will often crop up, therefore being able to multi-task and think on your feet is an essential requirement. We are looking for someone with a ¿can-do¿ attitude, who thrives on being busy and organised.

As you will often be the first point of contact for the company, we are seeking a professionally minded individual with good personal skills.

A fast, growing business therefore possessing a good work ethic is an essential requirement. We are looking for someone who will enjoy playing an integral part of the company¿s organisation and be able to provide a reliable, confident point of contact for all aspects of the business.
