A reputable law firm based in Manchester is looking for experienced Customer Service Team Members to work in a fast paced environment.

Working within the Client Services Team which primary role is to act as a 1st point of contact for their Insurer clients and clients, in a dedicated phone environment

The role will comprise of the following duties:

Accurate data entry

Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

Excellent communication skills

To be able to keep on top of the diary system, and pending matters

To be able to process and analyse liability regarding accident circumstances, and to be able reject or accept a claim

Knowledge of a claims process / insurance background.


Ability to work shift patterns in a rolling 3-week order:

9am - 3pm. However when ypour team are doing 10 - 6, you will do 9am -3pm 4 days during the week and will do a Sunday 9am - 5pm (hour lunch

Excellent telephone manner.
I.T. skills such as WORD / EXCEL / OUTLOOK
