Our client is seeking a confident and experienced Sales Administrator to join their successful Sales team on a part time basis.

Working between 8.30-3.00pm Monday to Friday, the Sales Administrator will provide full administrative support, processing documents and preparing packs ready for customers, to help ensure a smooth delivery takes place.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Recording orders onto Excel
Ensure goods are ordered or available
Registration of new goods onto the in-house database
Ensuring all documentation relating to delivery is completed accurately and on time
Compiling accurate stock reports
Good and effective communication skills both internally and externally
General administrative duties

IT literate and have good computer skills
Relevant experience that applies to the role
