Our client, a company working in the energy sector, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their small team.

This is a new role, and as such, the role has not been properly defined, so it's a great opportunity for a forward thinking Manager to expand on the following responsibilities and develop the position further.

Currently, the main duties will involve:

Managing the work flow within the office and managing 4 members of staff

Assessing workloads & organising timescales to achieve and maintain standards

Maintaining spreadsheets for estimating and site visits/work to be done

Supporting invoicing and updating in-house schedules and targets

Working within the finance and sales departments processing orders

Collating hours, holidays & sickness to manage payroll

Providing estimates and pro-formas for future works to be done and providing account information, checking statements against goods received and monitor costing

Processing orders from customers, allocating stock and providing documentation

Monitoring emails, and answer any incoming calls relating to all aspects of the business

Monitoring the service standards by ensuring that non-conformance with clients is few and far between
