My clients are an independent family run Electrical Contractors, who have earned a reputation that has made them one of the leading Electrical Contractors in our region.

They now have a great opportunity for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join their team

Ideally you will be from a construction background with experience of CIS etc, and a good working knowledge of Sage, word and excel, and great Administration experience.

You will be responsible for:

Speaking with customers daily dealing with queries and taking orders

Running the Office

Administration

Purchase ledger

Sales Ledger

Raise sales invoices and credits

Banking

Processing sales receipts

Reconcile client accounts

Credit control

Process purchase invoices

Process purchase payments

Reconcile purchase accounts

Nominal Ledger

Process petty cash payments

To be considered for this role:

Be from a construction background

Have fantastic Administration skills

Have previous experience in a similar role

Have good attention to detail

Have a great telephone manner
