Our clients based on the Docks in Preston are a successful Car and Van Lease Hire Company and have a vacancy for an Office / Fleet Administrator.

This is an extremely busy role and requires the Office / Fleet Administrator to be incredibly organised with a friendly bubbly nature.

The role will be to provide a high level of administrative support to the Directors and Sales staff to include the coordination of vehicle deliveries/collections, accurate collation/maintenance of customer data & vehicle records whilst ensuring compliance with FCA and GDPR regulations.

An excellent phone manner is essential to deal with customer requests/queries ensuring total customer satisfaction at all times.

At times the office can be "crazy" busy so the right person must have a flexible approach to work with good organisational and communication skills as well as being proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Excel and ACT applications.
