They now have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and passionate, creative Marketing Executive to join their team.

Reporting to and working closely with both the Managing Director and Brand Manager, this is a position for someone who thrives on a challenge; an analytical and commercial Marketer who has experience in building brands and growing audiences, and with a strong grasp of digital media and performance marketing.

You will be responsible for:

Updating the 2 websites, as well as assisting the Brand Manager with PR & media relations; brand positioning and identities; agency management; digital and social media strategy; advertising; sales & marketing collateral and exhibition management.

Managing social media channels, the delivery of digital & print content, including video, image and editorial content is key to the role.

Working with the sales function of the business to ensure all marketing activities are in line with commercial objectives and the support of our retail and trade partners and supporting the brand relationships with key retailers and trade partners in presentations.

You will be creative and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be inquisitive, and driven by a genuine desire to drive results and beat expectations.

You will ideally have:

3+ years marketing experience

The ability to think creatively

Good presentation and communication skills

Experience working with media agencies

Proficient in managing performance media especially paid search and paid social, and including planning A/B experiments and optimising conversion performance

Numerate, with a passion for data, insight and analytics

Experience with developing creative, through in-house or external agency

Good understanding of social media including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook

Demonstrable project management skills and attention to detail
