Due to expansion and internal movement, our client has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Office Manager to join their team.

Based near Blackpool Airport, they operate from a custom built distribution centre and showroom, offering a modern and friendly working environment.

The successful Sales Office Manager will have leadership experience gained within the business-to-business sector, and have proven ability to use initiative and a proactive working style in order to continuously improve processes and efficiencies. Strong leadership and inspirational capabilities are required, together with sound organisational and communication skills, and candidates must be IT literate with competency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Sage 200 and a CRM System would be preferable although its not an essential requirement for the candidate that can bring professionalism and great management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Ensuring daily sales orders are entered on to Sage accurately and efficiently
Assisting in sales order invoicing on a daily basis
Ensuring all quotations are followed up when necessary
Liaising between in-house departments to ensure smooth flow of order processing
Dealing with Telephone & email enquiries
Ensuring all staff are trained and are working to required level
Dealing with any staff/HR issues

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills & attributes:

Previous management experience
Excellent communication ¿ both verbal and written
Experience of working within a customer service /sales office environment
Experience of MS Office
Excellent numeracy & literacy skills as well as being computer literate
