Our clients based in Blackburn are a flooring specialist and have a vacancy for a Deputy Team Leader in the Contact Centre.

Dealing with quotes and contacts as well as arranging visits in the diary system, all in a busy call centre environment. This job does not include any cold calling and only deals with existing contacts and clients


Directly responsible to the Centre Manager.

Monitor the department in order to maximise the quality of output along with gaining additional work from existing customers and clients.

Motivation of staff promoting the centres vision

Responsible for staff audits, training and feedback

Problem solving, identifying and resolving trends

Provide & monitor targets

Ensuring sufficient phone cover within the team

Log into the phones when required.

Be able to work the relevant shifts of the centre when required

Responsible for the contracts department as a whole

Provide support to all members of the centre when required

The successful candidate will be from a similar background with experience of managing staff.
