Our client is a successful Home Improvement company who cover the whole of the Granada region and due to increased business have a vacancy for an Installation Administrator.

The role will be office based and the Administrator will be assisting and supporting the Installations Manager in a mainly admin capacity.

A reasonable knowledge of the construction industry in general would be helpful but not essential.

Duties include:

Sending paperwork out to trades once the work is booked in

Ordering roofs and glass

Distributing paperwork to relevant departments as required

Checking and signing roof confirmations off

Generating customer packs for each installation

Assisting with Finishing Engineers diaries

Fielding and dealing with customer enquiries

Dealing with supplier enquiries

Inputting installation teams wages

General filing

Qualities required include:

Working knowledge of the Window / Conservatory industry - an advantage, but not essential

Computer literate

Strong administration

Orderly and methodical work ethic

Attention to detail

Good telephone manner

Positive bright attitude

Good team player

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 5.00
