My client, a professional services company, has an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to take up a dual marketing role working on both digital marketing as well as running events and campaigns.
Working within the busy marketing team with a direct report to the Regional Marketing Manager, the successful Digital Marketing & Events Executive will be responsible for providing operational support with a wide range of marketing activities, with responsibilities to include but not be limited to:
Digital
Implementing the digital marketing plan, including updates via social media channels and the website
Assisting with the organisation of videos for internal and external usage
Managing our content marketing plan alongside creating and sending emails and running social media campaigns
Events and campaigns
Production, printing and mailing of external marketing communications
Organising and attending marketing related events and managing the attendees
Working with sector teams to create external campaigns
Organising meetings and producing reports for the marketing team and partners
Supporting the marketing team and communicating the firm's values and objectives both internally and externally in a positive and motivational manner
The essential skills required for this role are:
GCSE Maths and English at grade B or above and a high standard of written English
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages
Excellent communication, organisation and administration skills
Be able to work as part of a team and independently.
A high level of attention to detail and ability to demonstrate initiative
Effective time management skills
Desirable skills for this role include:
Previous marketing experience working within a professional business environment
Driving licence
Previous experience of mailchimp, In Design or wordpress
