Clayton Nursing is currently assisting in the recruitment of an experienced Deputy/Unit Manager (RGN / RMN) for our clients well established medium - large sized Nursing Home situated in Horsham.
The role will be full time offering a salary of £32,000-£38,000 (dependant on experience and qualifications).
Along with the proposed salary the company offers an excellent training, development and progression opportunities and benefits package including accommodation if required.

Applicants are required to be an experienced Deputy/ Unit Manager (RGN or RMN) or a Senior Staff Nurse / Lead Nurse looking for a progression opportunity with a specialism in Dementia care. You will have a genuine interest in working with the elderly, have excellent communication skills and be able demonstrate effective management of a clinical team of HCAs and Nurses, and the ability to step up in the absence of Management.

- RGN / RMN with active PIN registration
- Experienced Unit Manager
- Senior Staff Nurse / Lead Nurse seeking a step up
- Experience of working in a Dementia nursing home environment
- Up-to-date clinical skills
- Self motivated with the ability to lead a team of Nurses and HCAs
