Our client is seeking an experienced Data Administrator to join their Sales & Marketing team in order to assist with data extraction and verification.

Reporting into the Data & Insight Executive, and liaising with members of the Sales & Marketing team, the Data Administrator will assist with identifying new business opportunities within the UK, qualifying them both by email and telephone, and ensuring that the correct information is on the CRM for the Sales Department to progress.

Main responsibilities of the Data Administrator will include:

Identifying potential new opportunities to target using Google Maps and other tools

Qualifying initial data to ensure the opportunity is viable, based on set criteria

Inputting and assigning potential leads in the CRM

Conducting telephone-based research to obtain/verify details

Cleansing information to ensure data accuracy

Constantly gaining feedback from both CMs and Data & Insight Executive to ensure we're

Sourcing quality opportunities with a high conversion rate to appointment

Supporting CM call-blast days

Key skills required include:

Excellent numeracy and analytic skills

Eye for detail, conscientious, diligent

Confident in liaising with CMs/Telesales and gaining feedback
