Due to growth my client requires the addition of a new team member to focus on assisting customers with product selection over the phone, taking new orders and supporting any consumers with issues or returns.

Role:
The candidate will be responsible for:

Efficiently handling customer enquiries by telephone, email or live-chat.
Helping customers choose the right item for their needs.
Processing new sales orders, entering address details and taking card payments.
Liaising with 3rd party couriers to book or check delivery dates and times.
Assist customers with any after sales issues or returns.
Supporting other departments to list new products online, add specification details, images and update prices.
Ad hoc duties relating to running a busy ecommerce business.

To be considered for this role you must possess

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Ability to deal with demanding customers.
The ability to work unsupervised using own initiative.
Meticulous attention to detail.
A high level of literacy.
Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
Previous experience in customer facing role.
