I am assisting my client who is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team, to be involved with day to day contact with customers. Other duties and responsibilities will include:-

Administration of customer accounts, including sales orders, invoices, PAFs, export documentation and purchase orders along with Liaising with credit control.
Manage and forecast the customer expectation for the production schedule and dates liaising with the Production Planner. Updating the Production Planner and customer throughout.
Organising dispatches of finished stock, arranging transport, and issuing any recharges.
Manage customer stock holding for both finished and dry goods and liaising with the Bulk Scheduler as required. Producing outturns and updating stock lists when required

The successful candidate will:-
Have experience of working in a busy customer service environment preferably in manufacturing.
Have good attention to detail
Have excellent time management skills/organisational skills, be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work.
Have excellent communication skills and be able to establish and maintain relationships internally and externally with customers and suppliers.
Be confident, reliable and trustworthy.
Be able to work as a team
Be IT literate, including excel. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
Hold GCSE Maths and English grades A-C (or to an equivalent standard).

Hours will be Monday - Friday 8.30am - 17.00pm with 1 hour for lunch.
