A reputable law firm based in Manchester is looking for experienced Customer Service Team Members to work in a fast paced environment 5 days over 6 including occasional Saturdays.
Working within the Client Services Team which primary role is to act as a 1st point of contact for their Insurer clients and clients, in a dedicated phone environment
The role will comprise of the following duties:
Accurate data entry
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
Excellent communication skills
To be able to keep on top of the diary system, and pending matters
To be able to process and analyse liability regarding accident circumstances, and to be able reject or accept a claim
Desirable
Knowledge of a claims process / insurance background.
Essential:
Experience of Case Management System
Motivated and enthusiastic personality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work to deadlines under pressure
A keen eye to detail. excellent organisation skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to liaise with clients in an empathetic, compassionate manner, with an even temperament to deal with potentially difficult situations with the ability to think logically.
Excellent telephone manner.
I.T. skills such as WORD / EXCEL / OUTLOOK
The hours of work are...
Week 1 9 - 5 Monday to Sunday with 1 day off in the week
Week 2 10 - 6 Monday to Friday
Week 3 12 - 8 Monday to Friday
