Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and established team.

The role will involve processing Insurance Claims from instruction to installation, and the main responsibilities of the successful Customer Service Advisor will include:

Handling telephone communications from Policyholders

Liaising with Insurance Companies & Loss Adjusters

Handling queries from Retail Partners, Insurance Companies, Cleaning Companies and third parties

Answering incoming telephone calls into the Centre in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA's)

Processing Retail Partner response paperwork

Chasing relevant parties (via outgoing telephone call or fax) to ensure the claim is handled swiftly and efficiently

Taking ownership of problems where required to ensure issues are resolved

Transcribing telephone conversations into claim contact logs

Ensuring relevant paperwork is placed in the correct claim file

Collating relevant information from Retail Partners to ensure the claim can be invoiced without delay

Ensuring all operations are as per current procedure and Business Control Policies.

Handling complaints within Financial Services Authority guidelines
