An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our clients busy customer service team in Preston. This is a full time permanent role providing first point of contact to prospective clients.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of customer orders from receipt through to delivery and will be enthusiastic and self-motivated with a proven track record in customer service and sales, preferably gained within the manufacturing or product services sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, production and logistics teams to help deliver a first class experience for customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant company who do NOT operate in a call centre environment or mentality.
The team itself are hardworking, friendly and really welcoming! There are long standing employees who will offer training and development as well as being on hand to answer any questions you feel you want to ask. Working hours are 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday.

The goal is to continuously deliver Customer Service Excellence, ensuring the right product and service is delivered, at the right price, at the right time, to the right customer, every single time.
In order to be considered for this role you will:

Have excellent customer care skills together with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You will also be a proficient user of SAP and be an experienced user of CRM Systems.

Previous experience in a customer services role is essential, preferably in a manufacturing or product services sector.

You should also be adaptable with a real customer focus and have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills; be happy to 'get stuck in' but also be able to think commercially.
