A fantastic opportunity presents itself at a small family run business in Longton. My clients are looking for a bright, organised and articulate Customer Service Administrator. This is a customer facing role so the successful candidate will be presentable with a friendly disposition.
You will provide Administration support to both Managers and Employees working in their friendly but busy office.
The key duties will be:
Answering the telephone
Dealing with customer and supplier queries by email/phone/showroom
Using Sage ACT you will input delivery notes
Order parts
Raising collections with suppliers
Responsible for purchase order and delivery note filing
Occasionally receiving deliveries
Greeting and speaking to new customers in the Showroom
General admin tasks
Checking supplier confirmations
Full up counter brochures
Order brochures when low stock
General housekeeping in the Showroom
Adding content to the website and social media
You will have excellent attention to detail, be flexible, have a great work ethic, have the ability to think outside the box, and ideally have previous experience of working within a showroom.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9 - 5, with 1 in 4 Saturdays, however you will get a day off in the week.
