Our client is the UK leader in the specialist pet supplies market, and they are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service/Account Manager to join their small but growing and ambitious team.

Working on either a part or full time basis between 9-5, the successful candidate will be an integral part of building the brand and driving it to further success throughout the UK and European markets.

Responsibilities of the position include:

Making outbound calls to pre-determined prospective B2B clients to introduce the company and product range
Ensuring that current clients are given excellent continued customer service
Gathering & updating of information on the CRM system and reporting into Management
Oder processing including advising on delivery times/schedules

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

A self-motivated approach with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
An excellent telephone manner
The ability to negotiate and influence others
A proven ability to work under pressure & achieve / exceed targets
Previous outbound calling or telesales experience
