Our client is an established and thriving company. Owing to their on-going success they are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor /Account Handler to join a small specialist division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a client focused individual to take that next step in their career, and develop into more of an Account Manager.

Assisting with client enquiries, and assisting with all areas including updates re: order and lead in times etc, you will also be responsible for the supervision of 2 Customer Service Advisors.

The successful candidate will have:

A proven Customer Relationship background
A self-driven attitude with the ability to run client accounts professionally
Previous experience of account handling in a manufacturing industry rather than a service industry
Computer literacy in Microsoft, and have experience in data preparation as a major part of the role is the use of our In-House data systems
A good telephone manner and have the ability to work accurately whilst under pressure and to tight deadlines
A strong character, capable of handling demanding customers
A technical background in electronics would be an advantage
A clean current driving licence for occasional visits to clients

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17.00
