My client is a very exciting company to work for, having established an outstanding presence in the telecoms, datacomms, and mobile comms marketplace – with a particular emphasis on some exciting vertical markets. They are seeking to appoint a Customer Accounts Success Manager to join their growing business.

ROLE:
To be successful you would have a proven track record for developing customer relationships, and knowledge of technologies with the ability to actively speak to existing clients, inform them and emphasise the benefits and quality of the products they provide.

You will boast previous experience within a similar position and be a natural communicator both written and verbal with a great personality and professional phone manner. You will also be managing your own accounts, so knowledge of the market is key as well as having a drive for success and growing the business.
