Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist as part of a small team of 5. Reporting to the Partner overseeing the department this is primarily a telephone based position and the successful candidate will be:
The primary contact for clients¿ telephone and email enquiries
Providing updates to clients, estate agents and brokers using the firm¿s case management system
Taking client card payments
Handling complaints and escalating to the appropriate supervisor

The hours of work are 9-5, Monday - Friday
