Compliance Administrator (Full or Part Time)

Our client are a global leader within the financial sector and due to continued success they are now looking to appoint a Compliance Administrator to join their office in Blackburn.

Reporting to the Business Manager the role will include:

Preparing share transfer forms, share re-organisation and re-designations
Completing the process for company formations and company strike offs
Preparing confirmation statements
Organising PSC registers, shares certificates and dividend vouchers.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have company statutory experience from within the financial services sector, in addition to knowledge of appointing and removing company officers.

As the ideal candidate you will be keen to play an active role in a dynamic team and should be passionate about providing a high level of service to a wide range of clients. You will also be a great communicator and will be confident in liaising with people at all levels both face to face and in writing. As well as the above it essential that you are familiar with the use of recognised software applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
