My clients are a successful Loans Company in Blackpool and due to business growth they have a vacancy for a Completions Assistant to process loan applications to a high standard, and ensure a customer meets all necessary requirements in line with company/regulatory framework

The Role:

Communicate with customers via email / telephone, providing information which is clear, fair and not misleading

Case managing files ensuring all relevant documents and information has been received from clients in order to process their applications

Complete identity and employment verification checks

Processing customer data/documents to ensure clients meet the loan criteria

Work towards monthly KPI's

Update systems with accurate and concise information

Handling both inbound and outbound calls

Building rapport with customers and brokers and providing regular updates

Work in accordance with financial regulations

Works to quality assurance procedures

Report queries and complaints raised by customers when required

Good understanding of policies and procedures, and responsible lending guide

To provide the highest possible standards in customer care, customer interaction, dialogue and attention to detail

Ensure that customer-facing processes contain a design of sensitivity, confidentiality and respect

Ensure communications are fit for purpose and adapted for varying needs of customers

Can demonstrate high level skills in verbal and written communication along with an ability to adapt these with sensitivity for customer needs

Excellent time management and organisation skills

Works with a strong diligence around confidentiality with a working understanding of GDPR

Have a good basic education with strong numeracy and literacy

What We Offer

22 days holiday per annum

36.25 hour week - shifts vary from 08:00 am till 19:00 pm.
